How much does it cost? rental rates

  • Our Premiere master bedroom with loft you must provide proof of employment with employer acting as guarantor on the lease, references, and valid picture ID in order to rent this unit. Call 970-963-3651 for Christmas and 6 month rental rates. First, Last and damage deposit (equal to one months rent) is due when the lease is signed.
  • The "Pied a Terre" Studio see rental rates. First, Last and damage deposit (equal to one months rent) is due when the lease is signed.

Do you allow pets?

  • Unfortunately the Condominium rules (Studio and Premier Suite) do not allow pet ownership for renters at this time.

Are these non smoking units?

  • Yes! These are non smoking units.

Is there parking?

  • That's one of the great benefits of all these rentals there is parking! Parking for the condo is less than 2 blocks from downtown Aspen. Your parking permit is renewed every month.

Are Utilities included?

  • Yes! All utilities, Cable Television and high speed internet access are included in the Aspen Condominium units. You'll need to get your own phone for the long term units.

Do you have a larger unit in town?

  • You can rent both of these units for a luxurious two bedroom with loft residence.

Where can I get the books I saw in your Condo?

What is the altitude?

  • In the condos you're practically on the ski slopes of Aspen Mountain at 8,000' altitude.
